Western Downs Libraries Vision
As part of the development of the Strategic Plan the Library Working Group developed a following forward vision for the Library Service.

Library Service Objectives
To further the planning process a set of Library Service Objectives was also developed. They are as follows:

2. Experience vibrant spaces to play, to relax and to learn
